CHOCOLATE BRUFFINS FOR HYBRID-FOOD HATERS

    1 1/2 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet 1 cup applesauce unsweetened 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup oat flour 1 pinch salt

    I GENERALLY HATE HYBRID FOODS. I SEE NO NEED FOR CRONUTS AND CRAGELS.

    As a firm advocate of simplicity when it comes to food I stick to good unprocessed ingredients and classic techniques to embrace my french culinary background. But then I made these muffins that tasted like brownies  and here we are talking about bruffins.

    THEY ARE REALLY GOOD SO BEAR WITH ME.
