10 Items to Never leave the House without

Wallet – CHECK, Keys – CHECK! These are the two main items on my to go list when leaving the house; the essentials of course. Here you’ll have a sneak peak into the items I keep in my purse that I never leave the house without. This blog post includes affiliate links.

Sunglasses: I can’t leave the house without my shades. In sunny south Florida, they are always a must!

Hand Sanitizer: Even during pre-Covid times this was a necessity! I always brought along some hand sanitizer to cleanse when needed. Nowadays, don’t forget your masks too! I also found these Wristband Hand Sanitizer Dispensers, so you can just pump it to clean your hands wherever you are.

Lip Balm: I can’t leave my house without my lip balm. I use Maybelline Baby Lips Moisturizing Lip Balm to keep my lips hydrated and it adds a touch of color.

Sunscreen: Don’t forget your sunscreen! I put on my Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer with Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 15 every morning, but I also like to bring it along with me to reapply for those sunny days. 

Umbrella: I always come prepared with an umbrella. Especially with Florida’s weather. You never know if the weather will change in an instant.

Portable Charger: Bringing this along will provide that extra security, just in case you end up draining your phone battery.

Travel Hair Brush with Mirror: For minor hair touch ups, I use a Round Travel Hair Brush with Mirror that folds right up, so you can take it anywhere!

Face Wipes: I bring wipes/face wipes for minor touch ups and cleaning, if needed.

Pepper Spray: Purchase a Pepper Spray Keychain to keep you well prepared and safe! Now during Covid19 times, you can also use a No Touch Door Opener Tool that can be added to your keys, which helps you open doors and click buttons with ease.

Water Bottle: I purchased this Water Bottle with a Time Marker on Amazon to help me stay hydrated! They also have similar versions with a straw.

Pen: I always bring a pen with me; never know when I’ll need to jot something down. Even in the age of technology, I feel the need to have a pen physically with me!
