2018 New Year Resolutions

    I know making resolutions are cliche and people fail at most of them, but I believe challenging yourself to new goals and new beginnings is healthy & important.  I have created one big goal for myself with a few subcategories (yes I am super nerdy like that and have charts and graphs for goals...please don't judge that hard). 


    I challenge you to make one goal. Can be big or little, you decide. But I want you to think hard about what you want to change of your daily routine and implement that change. Can be as simple as drinking a glass of water in the morning, to watching 30 mins of TV instead of 1 hour before bed. But at least try, please. We can cheer each other on! You can do it!
