Morning & Night minimalistic skincare routine
During my teenage years, I have had horrific skin. I was so miserable that I would buy every product that has calmed to help acne-prone skin! (I have included a picture in the video do not be shocked).
If you are wondering how much money did I spend? Honestly, I don't know better said I don't want to know. Probably enough to have my own tiny house.
What my experience taught me is the simple ingredient list is better for my skin. Do you want to know what has made the massive difference for me to get more clear skin? I bet that won't cross your mind right now.
The homemade bar soap and the main ingredient list were water, glycerin, almond oil, and cotton. When my skin started to have a result, I was are you joking me right now?!
One of life's biggest lessons that I have paid an expensive price, on the other hand, I have learned.
I would say nowadays is easier to come to the right info. During my childhood Google, YouTube, web in general was not a thing where you will type your problem to get to the solution faster! Lucky kids of internet technology these days!
I have gone a little bit of the topic, but I wanted to put some kind of disclaimer I am a baby from 1992s and I leave in a very small country where is a bit harder to get some products. Fast forward, momently I have very dry and sensitive skin.
After numerous years of treating my face with chemicals, it isn't hard to believe that now I have dry and sensitive skin. If you are wondering what I have learned about dry and sensitive skin. You need to be very selective and be aware of what kind of ingredients your skin likes! Do a lot of testing patches, for example, my skin doesn't like avocado that is a big no-no for me! I am trying to use organic brands as possible and keep my skincare routine as minimalistic as possible.
Brands that have helped me the most since l have dry skin are Swedish brands wi their devices Luna Mini 3 & UFO 2! I am aware that Not everyone has the opportunity to try and buy FOREO. In case, you have for me it is worth every penny! In 2019 I made the video reviewing Luna Mini 3. At the time I was not sure if that would help my skin, luckily I took a risk in investing in that product. Thank God I did not regret it. When I look back I am very proud of the decision that I have made. If you are interested in looking at the video I will put it below. Only because of that I have invested in the UFO 2 next.
They have a big collection to choose from for each skin type. I am a sucker for a good facial mask. Recently, I have added on that list are the ordinary & the body shop! Both brands are very affordable and have good product variations for dry and sensitive skin types. The Body Shop has also some products without perfumes which is good to know if your skin does not tolerate perfume or you are picky about your products. At first, I was skeptical of the brand because everyone was amazed by it. My thoughts at the time were or everyone is lying or it is just that good and affordable. until I found the blog post that recommends products of the ordinary or each skin type with exploitation. Unfortunately, I could not find that blog post but I will link a similar one so you can check it out.
In my video, you can see a minimalistic skincare morning and night routine. I have added cleansing butter for easier taking off your makeup and does not strips your skin off. I don't know how I could live without that product until this winter.
P.S I am not professional, I am speaking from my own experience and hopefully, some of you will find that informative and helpful. I really hope for that. This is not sponsored post either. Here is a refer a friend coupon if you are wondering with feelunique.com
