My favorite everyday skin + hair products!

I don’t usually go all out with skin, hair and makeup items; I have a few favorite brands here and there and I like to try different products out to see what works best for me and my budget. Here I’ll be sharing some of my favorite skin + hair products that I use on the daily!

2 IN 1

If you’re anything like me, then you hate to waste time. I love multitasking, so if you’re looking for products that are good for multiple things, then you’ve come to the right place! I know, sometimes products that are not specialized in just one aspect may not work as well, but I found these items to be pretty great. These two items below can easily be found at a near by Walgreens, Walmart or Target and won’t break the bank.

Jergens Natural Glow Wet Skin Moisturizer: This moisturizer has been great so far. I use it a few times a week, especially when I need to add some color to my skin. It gives you a golden touch while moisturizing at the same time. The best part- you do it all in the shower! You apply it to your wet skin and pat it dry. That’s it, you’re all set.

I’ve tried other Jergens tanning lotions and even though I enjoy those as well, I don’t like the smell it leaves on your body after it dries. This one on the other hand, I did not notice the same smell when it dried! It glides on smoothly and hydrates my skin.

Skintimate 2 in 1 Shave Cream & Skin Conditioner: This coconut silk conditioner helps me shave my legs with ease and condition them in one simple step! Their formula includes shea butter and soy protein for a silky smooth feel. I haven’t been able to go back to regular shave gel, I just enjoy this product too much.

CLINIQUE SKIN AND MAKEUP LINE

I’ve always used Clinique products for as long as I could remember. My mom has sensitive skin and her dermatologist recommend Clinique to her. Ever since then, the whole family began to use their products.

I’ve bought Clinique Foundations, Powders, Moisturizers, Exfoliating Scrubs and numerous other products in the past. Below I’ll share some of my favorite items at the moment. I usually buy these products at Macy’s, directly on the Clinique website, or at Sephora.

Beyond Perfecting Powder Foundation + Concealer: If you’re looking for a quick makeup look, look no further than this Foundation + Concealer Powder. I wanted a product I could use daily; something I could use when rushing to work or just for a quick outing, not the full glam look. When I found this 2 in 1 product, I was sold!

It goes on smoothly and lasts. Touch ups may be needed, but it does have great coverage for an everyday look and helps cover minor imperfections.

Clinique Moisture Surge™ Lip Hydro-Plump Treatment: I love this product! It’s a simple plumping hydration treatment for day and night use. It helps relieve dryness and gives you soft, healthy looking lips. I apply this at night right before bed and it helps my lips stay hydrated while I sleep.

Clinique Repairwear™ Intensive Lip Treatment: This is another one of my favorite Clinique lip products. t’s great for daily use and helps keep your lips looking healthy. I usually put it on right before applying lip-gloss or lipstick, since it’s not sticky and leaves your lips feeling soft.

CETAPHIL SKINCARE LINE

I’ve always used Cetaphil products. My dermatologist recommended it to me since they have a popular at home cleanser, and they have other great products for daily use. I usually purchase these products at my local Walgreens or CVS stores. I would highly recommend speaking to a dermatologist/specialist before changing your current skincare routine or using new products, especially for those who have sensitive or acne prone skin.

Cetaphil Daily or Gentle Facial Cleansers: This is one of my favorite cleansers, it feels smooth and nonirritating to my specific skin. My skin does not feel dry after use and it feels clean. I usually purchase the Daily Facial Cleanser, but for more sensitive skin they have the Gentle Facial Cleanser.

Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer: I use this everyday right before I apply my makeup! It dries quickly and goes on smooth; not sticky at all in my opinion unlike other moisturizers with SPF 15. It has UVA/UVB protection, so it protects me when I’m out and about.

Cetaphil Extra Gentle Daily Scrub: This scrub is gentle but powerful. You really feel the scrub clean your pores and skin effortlessly. It’s gentle enough for daily use!

HAIR PRODUCTS

OGX Hydrate + Repair Argan Oil of Morocco Creamy Hair Butter: I’m obsessed with this product! It leaves my hair feeling soft and airy, but does not get it oily. I usually add it to my tips right after a shower or even on my dry hair to add some moisture. It has the best coconut smell, feels like you’re on a tropical vacation. I always purchase it at my local Walgreen’s stores. I also found the OGX Extra Strength Argan Oil Of Morocco Hair Mask version on Amazon, just rub into your hair to moisturize damaged and brittle hair.

TRESemmé Fresh Start Dry Shampoo: This is a must have item! I have both the Volumizing and Fresh and Clean versions, they both seem to do the trick for me. On days where I just don’t have time to wash my hair or I’m just too tired for a hair washing day, then I spray this on right before heading out the door and it really helps me minimize the look of oily hair. You may need to reapply it throughout the day for touch ups, but it’s one of my faves for sure. 

A FEW OTHERS

Summer Friday Jet Lag Mask: I’m obsessed with this product! I’ve seen Summer Fridays being used by influencers, and once I gave it a shot, I knew why they loved it so much. It feels smooth but not sticky or oily. I use it once daily right before bed, but it’s also a great item to bring on trips to help hydrate your skin and keep it healthy. I’ve been using it alongside my Alchemy Living Tea Tree Essential Oil.

Olay Mist Ultimate Hydration Essence: I purchased this great little product at Target after seeing it posted on a few social media sites, and it was a good buy! A quick spray will leave you hydrated and feeling refreshed. Great for on the go as well when traveling. I bought the Calming version, but they also have the Energizing Hydration Essene.

PMD Clean Smart Facial Cleansing Device: I bought this cleanser device sometime ago and it’s been great! It’s simple to use, just apply your favorite cleanser and click the setting of choice to get deep into your pores. It’s also soothing, like a spa day at home! It uses ultra-hygienic silicone, so it’s easy to clean.
