What I eat in a day!? Spring time

    Finally, some new update after a break. I have planned to publish this video last week. Unfortunately, I have so much work to do and other things that I have put aside social media for a while.


    I love to have everything in order, so I can enjoy as much as I can in creating content.


    If you are following me, you know I have started a fitness journey in January.  I can see my changes and I feel, I am mentally in a healthy place.

    When I have time, I love trying new things. The big change has happened to me when I started to eat breakfast. For a really long time, I have been avoiding to eat in the morning. Hopefully, you will have some ideas for your health alternatives and food. If you are looking for something like that. :)
