I really wasn’t up to much but traveling. I just had to get away from this grey mess. I just cannot believe it’s almost April and I’m looking out of my window staring at clouds and rain. So what to do now? Of course jet off to some place warmer. I went to The French Riviera and tried out my first Air Bnb ever! Stunning location in Beaulieu sûr Mer. 5 minutes away from the beach and just a train station ride either to Monaco or Nice. I am not going anywhere near the cold water any time soon, not even to dip my toes, but I just have to have some sun in my life right now. Everything other than that is just depressing. I look forward to coming back here in May when I’ll be visiting Nice and Grasse. There’s something about the air here, the saltiness clears my throat and makes me just feel much more relaxed from the inside. My personal highlights along the French Riviera are strolling through the Promenade Des Anglais white street artists perform, watching the high society in their own little world carrying their $100.000 croc birkin bags through the Monaco Bay Hotel and watching the world smallest dogs being paraded on the Croisette in Cannes.
