MAC Plenty Of Pout, Ephemeral Nature Plumping Lip Gloss | Review

Hi Darlings, today's post is going to be the review and swatch of the MAC Plenty Of Pout Plumping Lip Gloss in the shades Plenty Of Pout and Ephemeral Nature.

They are part of the MAC Petal Power Collection they released for Spring and they are the only new product in the line.

If you know me, you'd know I'm pretty much obsessed with plumping lip glosses, not that I need them, actually my lips are my favourite part of my body, but I love the cold-tingly feeling they have.

• Plenty Of Pout is a light pink.
• Ephemeral Nature is a coral pink.

PACKAGING

The packaging for these lip glosses is a long tube in hard plastic material. It has a rose gold cap like which is the theme of the collection, the shade name is written on the bottom in the usual MAC style.

The scent is lovely, like vanilla-mint. They actually smell like Tic Tac candies.

FORMULA

If you’ve tried MAC lip gloss, you would know that they are very sticky and these are no exception. The formula is very dense and thick, but not too shiny. They feel like a lip balm.

Now about the volumizing effect. It works amazingly and it's not too intense. I can actually see the effect.

APPLICATION

The doe-foot lip gloss applicator is flat and round, so it’s very easy and precise to use. It picks up just the right amount of product, and you can cover your entire lips with just one dip.

On me, it lasts about 4 hours but the tingly effect lasts for 1 hour or so. It doesn't fade.

I absolutely adore these glosses, I'm actually thinking of buying the shade I'm missing. The packaging is gorgeous and the formula is incredible, it feels beautiful on the lips. I love the scent. The only thing is, like any other MAC gloss they are really sticky. It doesn't bother me but I know some people don't like it.
