MAYBELLINE SUPERSTAY MATTE INK™ LIQUID LIPSTICK

Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick is my favorite liquid lipsticks of all times. This highly pigmented liquid matte lipstick features a unique arrow applicator for precise application. The formula is long-lasting and gives a flawless matte finish in 10 super-saturated shades ranging from classic red liquid lipstick to nude and bold bright lipstick shades. Before I start my review, I would like to say that it is one of my go to lipsticks for all day wear and I can completely rely on it to stay the whole day without any touch ups.

The Product

Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick is one of my favorite lipsticks of all time. It is definitely a super stay and offers what it promises. I always choose this lipstick when I am going to be out the whole day and don't have patience to do a touch up. One of my favorite shade is 'lover' which is a great nude pink shade and matches perfectly with my skin tone. The lips tend to feel a little dry after the product is applied, however my suggestion would be to apply less product as it is very pigmented and looks perfect one swap. Using a lip balm before helps with the dryness but may make the color fade away after a point, however, a dab of translucent powder after you have applied the liquid lipstick ( or any lipstick) makes it last longer. It is definitely water resistant, sweat resistant and smudge free. Makeup remover/Baby oil works best to remove the lipstick.

Maybelline has always offered affordable prices and this one isn't any different. The price ranges from $7.98 to $9.49 and you can either buy this on the Maybelline Website or Amazon. The website consists of full range of lipsticks but with a higher price rate and it provides some additional color including the new launch of shades.

The Shades and Pigmentation

Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick gives you a flawless matte finish in a range of super saturated shades. It is highly pigmented and perfectly settles on the lips. It does not require a lot of product due to its high pigmentation. The darker shades like 'Believer' may even stain the lip. It has around 36 shades out of which I have swatched six different shades which I use everyday.

Final Review

Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick is one of the makeup products that I can definitely choose to rely on as it lasts the entire day. It definitely stays for 12 hours which is more than enough even though this particular lipstick promises you ink on your lips in up to 16 hours of saturated liquid matte. The formula is long-lasting and gives a flawless matte finish and is water proof, sweat resistant and smudge free.
