Eating Vegan in Guatemala
Guatemala
//www.youtube.com/embed/eaK4mDHdrZE?wmode=transparent
Everywhere from La Antigua to Panajachel to San Pedro to Guatemala City - I ate some incredible dishes. This was obviously just a highlight of some of the meals I ate in the week that my mom and I visited. Overall it really wasn't that hard to maintain my lifestyle in Guatemala. Majority of the waiters/waitresses understood what vegan meant or when I said "no animal". Honestly I ate really simple meals but they were all really flavorful that I didn't feel like I needed an excess amount of food.
Be sure to stay tuned for my vlog footage from my trip cause I share even more meals and experiences that I think you'll really enjoy! Which meal out of all of the ones shown would you try?
