Matcha Tea Latte
INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cup almond milk (or any type of plant milk)
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon matcha tea
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
HOW TO MAKE it
Heat the water, not allowing it to boil.
Place the tea in a mixing bowl and whisk with a little water. Dissolve the honey or maple syrup and the vanilla into the remaining water and add to the bowl.
Froth the milk. You can use a frother, a french press or a shaker.
Divide the tea into two cups. Pour in frothed milk. Sprinkle a little matcha tea powder on top to garnish.
