Overnight oats in a jar

    So we need: ✔️ Half a cup of instant oatmeal ✔️ Half a glass of milk (I used oatmeal) ✔️2 tablespoons of natural yogurt ✔️ a teaspoon of chia seeds (optional) ✔️ a teaspoon of sweetener (optional); I have agave syrup ✔️ Berries or fruits to your taste, I have strawberries
    10   Minutes
    It is better to cook this in the evening to have a cooked breakfast in the morning: knead the berries with a fork and put on the bottom of jar (you can also use jam here), then add oatmeal, chia seeds and pour milk, add the sweetener and yogurt on top, remove in the refrigerator for night. In the morning cut berries or fruits, decorate the top and you're done.
    Mix and enjoy!

      I love overnight oats! Do you heat these ones up in the morning or eat them cold?
