There are two opinions going around the world about the start date of the Autumn season. Some people claim it's on the 1st of September, others say it's on the 23rd. Whichever option you prefer, it's a good time to slow down, reflect on summer, and start the next season consciously.
We created a checklist for you, to start this Autumn slowly and consciously. This document will make you take care of your physical and mental health, will let you learn more and enjoy the first semi-cool evenings.
