How did you start your week?

    I started my Monday by dreading going to the gym and the ”I’ll go later excuse“ but then last minute got my stuff together and headed to the gym, arriving 5min late to my spin class. But rather late than never right? 

    My meals have been on track as well, starting the day with oats and coffee. Having left over chicken salad for lunch and drinking 1l of water while sitting at my desk. (That’s a lot for me and I’m working on it) ?I’m going to have a small snack now before I’m taking my brother to karate, and while he’s busy I’m going for a quick power walk with my boyfriends mom and #dinothedog at the beach before heading home for dinner. 

    A pretty productive/active/successful Monday I would say. I’m glad it’s over though ?? Just remember your diet, exercise routine, and stress lay the foundation for how you feel. So fuel your body with good nutrition, break a little sweat each day, and set aside time to unwind. Because it’s hard to feel bad about a body you’re taking great care of ?
