Increase your intake of water, so more exercise like walking up the stairs instead of taking the lift and do something fun and tangible every day. If you're not conscious of it, commit to say something kind every day, make the same commitment to listening to someone. Pay attention to how you act, and you will notice that people treat you that way too. It will enrich your life as you enrich others. You will see relationships improve, an increase in your productivity at work, and you could help to enhance another person.
