That’s where HighKey comes in. They have several tasty treats (Like their cookies and cheese crackers). They also have super simple baking mixes--prep time is only 5 minutes! I love all of their mixes but I have to admit, the brownie mixes are my favorite!
Delicious Keto Brownies
HighKey's Brownie mixes come in two delicious flavors, Chocolate Fudgeand Blondie. The Blondie Brownies are my favorite! When I was a kid (before the Keto Diet) my mom would make us blondie brownies drenched in caramel sauce. Place them in the freezer and they make the perfect post-swimming treat!
I decided to try and make the treat Keto by making HighKey’s Blondie Brownies and pouring a Praline Pecan Sauce over them. (The Keto Praline Pecan Sauce recipe came from Carolyn’s blog, All Day I Dream About Food)
When I took a bite of this delicious combination, the summer memories from my childhood came flooding back. It’s interesting how food has a way of bringing back memories, isn’t it?
The BEST Keto Cookies
I also used to love making chocolate chip cookies. Since being Keto, it’s been hard to find a cookie recipe that yields “just right”. Sometimes they're too mushy, other times they have an odd grainy texture.
I don't know how they did it, but HighKey solved the problem. These little cookies have the PERFECT taste and texture! They are smooth and slightly crunchy and yet, they have that melt-in-your-mouth taste as well. I also love that they are mini cookies because I have a bit of a sweet tooth and if they were full size I would probably eat way too many. ?
HighKey Snacks’ cookies also have great macros; 2g carbs, 14g fat, and 4g protein per serving (serving size is 8 mini cookies).

Keto, Low Carb Grain-Free Granola
When I was a kid, we would make our own granola for breakfast (can you tell my family and I are bakers? ?). We used organic oats, honey, sugar, cinnamon, and sometimes chocolate chips. I enjoyed our granola in a bowl of milk with an extra dash of cinnamon. Unfortunately, I had to stop making our granola because it wasn't Keto.
Since our granola mix wasn’t Keto, I switched to egg tacos as my breakfast (which made my Texican heart very happy!). I like to use Mission’s low carb tortillas and cook them in coconut oil with some Real Salt.
Every few weeks, my family and I like to make Breakfast for Dinner. On these special occasions, we make more than just egg tacos. We make pancakes, bacon and enjoy yogurt with granola.
I always try to make the meal Keto so I was thrilled to discover low carb yogurt and granola! The yogurt comes from Two Good Yogurt. They have a special straining process that makes it to where a single serving of yogurt is just 3g of carbs and 2g of sugar!
The granola comes from… you guessed it… HighKey! I've tried both of their granola flavors and their Cinnamon and Almond granola is literally the best granola I’ve ever had!
Top the parfait off with Choc Zero’s Simple Syrup and you have the PERFECT Keto breakfast for dinner meal! The macros on this delicious meal are 6g net carbs, 20g fat, and 15g protein.

When I heard that HighKey was making a Keto Blueberry Pancake mix, I was so excited! I waited by the mailbox until they arrived. I was so eager to try them, I made them as soon as they arrived!
Most keto pancake mixes have an odd grainy texture because of the almond flour. But not HighKey’s! These pancakes are smooth, light, and fluffy! Top them with some Kerrygold and Choc Zero’s Maple Syrup and you have a decadent breakfast!
