Up until recently, skincare wasn't really on my radar. I know, it's weird but I had pretty great skin in my early 20s. After a rough patch in high school, it really started to clear up and I found no need for creams, moisturizers, serums, and fancy cleansers. I would wash my face with some Clean & Clear, throw on some Aveeno and I was ready to go. Nothing wrong with those products or brands, but I didn't know what my skin actually needed to reach its full potential. Now that I'm turning 30 in a couple of months (yikes!) I've started taking my skincare a lot more seriously. I have a full day time/night time routine that's been working so well that I've even felt like I could ditch some of my full-coverage makeup. Anyone that knows me, knows that I like to eliminate chemicals from my life as much as possible, so I, of course, implemented some natural, DIY creations into my beauty routine and I can honestly say they've made a HUUUUGE difference in my skincare. Seriously, if you just implement these two things into your routine, you'll see hydrated, clear skin in no time and the best part is, they hardly cost anything. I'll show you how I make my natural coffee scrub and natural toner that reduces inflammation and hydrates. I hope you guys enjoy this video and as always, don't forget to subscribe to my channel, I upload a new video every week (kind of)!
