    1 onion, 1 can (796ml) stewed tomatoes, 1 cup peanut butter, 3 cups vegetable stock, 1 1/2 cup butternut squash, 1 cup cauliflower fleurets, 1 can (540ml) chickpea, 1/2 cup peanuts, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp fresh ginger, 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, salt, 1/2 cup kale
