Chocolate crack cookies

    100 g cocoa powder , 300 g granulated sugar, 150 ml oil (your preference) , 4 eggs, 300 g all-purpose flour , 1 teaspoon vanilla extract , 2 teaspoons baking powder , 150 g white chocolate chips , caster sugar for dusting

    That's the first recipe that I want to share with you! It's one of my favorites because is super easy ( just follow the steps   ) and so tasteful. I love to eat them with hot milk!!  ( just kidding.. I love to eat them anyway!!)


    So let's start! 

    • In a medium bowl combine cocoa powder, sugar , oil and mix well with a hand whisk.  Add eggs, whisking continuously.  Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix them until everything is combined.
    • Refrigerate it for 4 hours.
    • Preheat oven to 180* C (350* F) Fan.
    • Make small balls with your dough, about 30 g ,and cover them with caster sugar. Place them onto baking sheets, 2 inches apart, and bake for 10 minutes.

    You can even eat them some minutes later.. warm and soft or just let them cool completely!
