Easy chickpea, cherry tomato and pesto pizza

    200g puff pastry, 1 1/2 kale pesto*, 1 1/2- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, 1 1/2 cups canned chickpeas, 1 tsp cajun spices, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp grated parmesan, salt

    This simple tomato and pesto pizza is so delicious and easy to prepare, you’ll want to eat it again and again.

    I don’t know if you’re like me, but I prepared so much food during this holiday season that I need a break. This delicious chickpea and pesto pizza is perfect for my post holiday lazyness.

    The pesto is rich and super tasty, the warm tomatoes bring a nice sweetness, and the chickpeas are deliciously crispy.
