PB + Jelly Yogurt Breakfast Bars

    · 1 Cup of Raisins · 2 Cups of Rolled Oats · 1 Cup of Peanut Butter · ¼ Cup of grounded Flax-seed · 2 Tablespoons of Cinnamon · 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract · 1 Cup and a half of Dairy-Free Yogurt · Blackberry Jelly

     At any point in your life, has anyone ever had those moments where you have a strong craving for peanut butter and jelly for breakfast? Well, I have had this craving on multiple occasions. This recipe will satisfy your craving and keep you full because of the nice healthy fats and protein. Not only is this a tasty recipe, but it is simple to make & very versatile. You can add many substitutions and pick your flavor of yogurt.  However, I highly recommend using plain or vanilla yogurt. I used a Non-Dairy Chobani yogurt in the vanilla flavor. You don’t want to use anything too strong such as the peach flavor because you already have a lot of tastes going on in the yogurt bar.
