Instructions
1. Microwave the dark chocolate chips until melted, mixing every 30 seconds.
2. While the chocolate chips are melting, lay out a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet, and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine pecans and walnuts. Once the dark chocolate is melted, pour the chocolate over the nuts and mix until fully combined.
4. Pour the mixture onto the covered baking sheet and smooth flat.
5. While the mixture is cooling on the counter, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, mixing every 30 seconds.
6. Once the white chocolate is melted, pour the melted chocolate into a quart-sized Ziploc bag and cut a small hole in the corner.
7. Working swiftly, drizzle the white chocolate onto the nut mix.
8. Leave the mixture on the counter for 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate is set. If the mixture is having trouble setting, place it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
9. Once the mix is set, break apart into chunks and store in a mason jar.
Notes
The mixture can be stored at room temperature for up to two months.
