Energy balls are the best start of my day! Low calorie snack, full of vitamins. Ideal before gym for extra energy or after gym to recharge my body.
You can adjust this recipe to your preferences. Put your favorite nuts/chocolate chips and everything you love to make your perfect energy booster!
The method is simple as that. Just mix all ingredients in a bowl and let set in fridge for about 1/2 hour. Roll into small balls and store in air tight container in firdge!
