How to become a  better person

    it's been a while.

    Since I write about " GIRLS TALK: YOU DESERVE BETTER". I glad that this post has been many people enjoy it, I'm trying to share my experience and recently I been thinking about how could we become a better person, and now I finally figure it out and wanted to share with you!  


    1) Being Independence 

    we should always be independent, I just realize that friends around me, they always will count on boyfriend. (i mean everything) if one day your boyfriend dumps you, will you still can be strong? as you can see in a dependency relationship, everything you just count on boyfriend, how can you still be independent? you can do everything by yourself so why you still count on others? (always remembers) no one can stay with you forever even your partner. you on your own. 


    2) Positive Mindset

    always be positive and control your emotions, when bad things come don't be frustrating and try to settle it by yourself, you only will be happy when you have a positive mindset. 


    3) Forgive & Let Go 

    when we have some argument with someone, do you will still keep it on your mind? oh no, please learn to forgive and let go. sometimes i know its easier to say but time will tell (trust me), time will get through everything and you will feel better after you figure it out how to forgive and let go. 


    and here I got some small habits list, keep stick with these habits soon you will feel much better than before. 


    -Sleep early and Wake Up early

    -Workout / Exercise

    -meditate

    -Reading a lot

    -Positive Attitude

    -Say Thank You

    -Pay Attention / Stay Focus

    -Practice Self-Control

    -Be Brave

    -Stop Complaining

    -Accept Challenge 

    -Listen to your heart

    -Be Polite 

    -Don't Be Afraid Say "NO"

      I've also made a small habits list that's really helped me stay a bit happier each day. I have a lot of the same things on my list like meditate and read. Thanks for posting this!
