Thank you for this honest post, Teresa. I completely agree that we often times put ourselves in situations where we feel obligated to help others that we forget to help ourselves first! We should all respect our own limits.

Teresa, I loved the message in this post. It is true that, sometimes we can help a person [even though virtually] by being there for them, and by simply listening to them! You never know who needs your love, support, and a little bit of your time.

That is true - sometimes we can get too caught up in feeling like we need to do something that we forget that just by being there we are doing enough.
