It often feels like periods and menstruation are topics that should be avoided because they’re too “embarrassing” but in reality, approximately 50% of the worlds population have to deal with these monthly visits and with those visits come unpleasant symptoms like hormonal acne, mood swings and general discomfort. I’ve decided to put together a video with some of my best tips and tricks to avoid hormonal acne and some other symptoms that many women experience through healthy, natural, lifestyle changes. The idea is to share experiences, tips and tricks in order to start the conversation and help women feel and look their best all month long!
