My fitness transformation

    Well this is not one of my favorite things to post or expose about myself..... but Internet here you go. 

    If you’ve been following me for a while you would’ve read about my current fitness routine and 3 ways to be a little healthier etc. 

    But did you know, I didn’t always look and feel this way? 

    I got the Heathrow injection..... twice.... both times moving to London I picked up around 10-15kg in 2-3 months. How does this happen you ask? I wish I could tell you ???but I actually don’t know!


    But what I want to share with this message is, don’t compare your chapter 1 to someone else’s chapter 20. 

    And don’t assume when you see someone’s perfect life on Instagram that they didn’t struggle in the past. 

    The photo on the left was 2011, many moons ago, but one of the toughest stages of my life, the end of my gap year, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life, and I picked up so much weight my family gasped when they picked me up from the airport. On some photos I hardly recognize myself. 

    So did it take me roughly 7 years to find balance? Definitely! in 2014 I gained just as much again! I’ve been down to 15% bodyfat, doubled that to 30% in a year, gotten very lean again, it’s all part of the journey. 

    But now I am happy, I am healthy, I am balanced. And I intend to stay that way! I hope this inspires at least 1 person, that we are aaaaaaaall just trying to figure life out, even with all the ups and downs :)
