    Special Skincare Ritual During Monsoon:

    How To Take Care:

Here I am not going to suggest you to pick up any special expensive facial in a salon or to buy any costly product to make a hole in your purse. Rather, I'll share with you some simple home remedies with the natural ingredients those are easily available on our kitchen shelf.

    Deep Cleansing:

Mix 1 tablespoon of curd (you can use milk instead) with 1/2 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel and 2 drops of lavender oil (optional) to form a thick paste and apply all over your face and neck. Keep for at least 5 minutes and massage for 1 minutes and rinse. If you are vegan use soy milk or coconut milk instead of curd or milk and dates paste instead of honey.

This mask will give you radiant and nourished look, by healing your acne. It also soothes the irritated skin, hydrates it and keeps your skin fresh.

    Toner:

Boil 2 cups of water with a hand full of neem, mint and Holy basil leaves for 10 minutes (if available, you can add rosemary herb). Remove from heat and let it cool down fully. Strain the water and refrigerate it. Use it after cleansing or whenever you feel like getting refreshed.

This toner will control the production of sebum and reduces excessive oiliness. It also soothes the inflammation and reduces redness preventing the acne from coming back.
