Let’s talk about Kokie Cosmetics! If you are looking for affordable makeup that offers good quality for its price, look no further because Kokie definitely offers both!

I did not know a lot about Kokie Cosmetics but have found them on Amazon, and they also have their online store which you can check here. Since it is relatively a new brand and they were founded in 2015, they still keep releasing new products so make sure to check out their website every now and then. Fun fact: Kokie (pronounced co-Key) means ‘elephant’ in Korean, representing boldness, beauty, and being unforgettable. The brand is not testing their products on animals and is cruelty-free which is something I always pay attention to. Kokie still does not produce vegan makeup, but are definitely planning on doing so in the future! Thumbs up for that! 

I have fallen a bit in the routine of buying the same makeup products for such a long time and decided it is time to check out some new brands. The last lipsticks I have used were the Color Riche La Palette Matte pour Levres by L'Oreal and The Cream Lipstick from H&M but they started to become a bit too dry for me. For my autumn makeup routine, I always like to put more focus on my lips and use bold colors, so I first want to start with a review of my favorite Kokie’s lipsticks!

Kokie Cosmetics Kissable Matte Lip Gloss

This set of lipsticks is definitely my Nº1! It goes on your lips so smoothly and it dries out almost matte and I am absolutely in love with the product as it really makes my lips stand out. Kokie Cosmetics have so many shades but my favorite one is definitely Serenity Nº836 and it is the perfect shade if you still have some summer tan as I do! I think it is a perfect choice for a more natural day look: I just put few golden shades on my eyes, my favorite ones are the ones from the Urban Naked Palette, the lip gloss and it is enough. The other shade I also absolutely love is the Haute Pink Nº821 which has such a soft, creamy feel. I got absolutely hooked to the Kissable Matte Lip Gloss as soon as I have tried them on, and will definitely need to order more of them. They can last really long and you get full coverage after the first try. The Kissable Matte Lip Gloss gives you the perfect glow and you can purchase it for only $6.00! 

Kokie Cosmetics Lip Veneer Cream Gloss

For some reason, I was not so sure if I should purchase the Kokie Cosmetics Lip Veneer Cream Gloss, there was just something about it I did not like. I probably thought that for only $6.00, I can’t get a great lipstick, but boy was I wrong! I am absolutely in love with this product as it feels so good on your lips and it does not dry them at all. It gives your lips this special glow, and the Fired Up Nº853 tone is definitely my favorite one. I think they have 28 more colors, so you can definitely experiment. It is perfect for occasions such as date dinner, as it makes you look and feel really good but still does not give the impression you are trying too hard to impress! The cream gloss definitely has a high pigmentation and it gives this vinyl-like shine I am so obsessed with, and would definitely recommend it to everyone! 

Kokie Cosmetics Matte Lipstick

Once again, Kokie’s Matte Lipsticks were such a pleasant surprise and had the same price of $6.00. Their quality is so high that they even remind me a bit of the Marc Jacobs Matte Lipstick version. What I love about them is they just look so elegant once you apply them and feel like such a classic. My favorite shades from the collection are definitely the High Tea Nº 57 and Hot Berry Nº74 which has a more vibrant pink shade.

Line & Style Longwear Liquid Eyeliner

To be honest, once I tried all the products for lips, I was so impressed and maybe my expectations of Kokie Cosmetics  became too high. Straight to the point, the rest of Kokie’s products did not amaze me so much but considering their price, I still think they offer good quality. 

When it comes to the Line & Style Longwear Liquid Eyeliner which I purchased for $8.00, the first application was good since the eyeliner was really strong and my wing was nice and black. I have been using MAC's Liquidlast Liner Eyeliner  for so long but realized it might be a bit too pricey. When I tried the Kokie one, the color faded away during the day and the eyeliner was almost completely gone by nighttime.  That is a pity, as I found it quite easy to apply, but let’s move on to the next product. 

Dynamic Duo Eyeliner Pen 

The good thing about the Dynamic Duo Eyeliner Pen is that on one side, it has a nicely pointed tip and on the other side, an angled marker. I was really excited by these features as I love to use both while applying my makeup, but unfortunately, my excitement did not last long. When I tried the angled marker side, there was almost no pigment and the color was very light therefore I couldn't use it to get the dark look I want. The other side is luckily working fine, and you can get this nice, semi-matte, black finish. I had to use Catrice's Eye'Matic Dip Liner Deep Black which I purchased for $3.00 and is much better. The Kookie's eyeliner pen can be purchased at the price of $8.00 which, to be honest, I don’t think is worth the money. 

This was it, girls! I have given you a review of the products I have tried and I must say I do like the Kokie Cosmetics and am excited to try out more of their stuff. I definitely would recommend the products for lips as they completely blew my mind. The eyeliners did not impress me that much, however, you must know that I can sometimes be very picky. Since the brand is relatively new and quite affordable, I definitely think you should give it a chance!
