Zala Hair Extensions (Clip Ins) Review!

- Violeta S : Do not buy from Zala , customer service if you can say "customer Service " are terrible. The hair quality is not good and you will not going to be able to get your money back .
- Amber R : I'm sorry you had a bad experience from Zala but is it really necessary to make my post look unappealing now to others with your comment? I have only ever had positive experiences with Zala, and the quality in my opinion is amazing.

Horrible horrible company, purchased a bundle and some shampoo plus conditioner after several weeks I inquired about my order then was told my item is out of stock so I picked a different color and was charged an addition $20. Several more weeks I check my account and my order history shows a random order with a $30 charge that states complete, package left at front door. I have spend days arguing with their so called customer service for which they claim that once an order is marked delivered it is no longer their problem and absolutely will not replace or refund an item that is marked delivered. So basically if there is anything missing from your order or even an empty box the consumer is SOL. Now I have to deal with the hassle of filing a claim with my bank and the BBB. This is by far the worst company I've ever felt with they also make a point to tell me in every email that they are not bound by US laws, yet they have a facility here???? I agree with another customer's review, this company makes fake accounts to post fake reviews several reviews left by so called customers this is their only review or they left a few reviews for this company but no other conpany.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a hairstylist in Utah and purchased 2 packages of wefts from Zala. I didn't wash them for almost a month as I know the benefits of not washing your extensions. When I washed them I used the products I always use as I also have another brand in at shorter lengths that I have had for over 6 months they are 20" the Zala was 24". I used my regular products ie; Redken, Olaplex and It's A 10. I air dried for almost 2 days as I normally do and when I did utilize a curling iron with Sexy Hair heat protect and Amika heat protect I became very concerned as the days have progressed. The hair comes out in clumps, it is dry gets tangled and is awful. My 6 month old extensions from the other company are soft, moveable and aren't getting tangled. I have sent an email asking what we need to do as I understand there are "bad batches" of hair sometimes. NOTHING literally crickets. I am in Utah and their warehouse is here. I am contacting an attorney and the Better Business Bureau. How can you claim hair you are selling is AAAAA quality human, remy hair and it is not. I paid almost $500.00 for this hair and I can't imagine all the other non-knowing individuals who have been scammed by this company claiming their hair is real when it clearly is not. A strand test has confirmed it....I was thinking of selling their hair at my salon and even asked numerous times to their help desk about the hair. Over and over I was assured it was real human hair and they guaranteed. I screen shot all of it thank goodness as well as all the promises of their hair being real. I cannot believe that I fell for this. Since I have found so many other places where there are real human reviews of people going through the same thing as me with Zala. I find it really sad for the people who make this pricey investment to only find they have been scammed. It would have been different if they would have tried to right their wrong or not try to ask a million questions after I brought up to them about their hair failing at what they promised. The blame shifting with me won't work or trying to make it seem as if I caused the issue as I have worn extensions for over almost 20 years. YOU KNOW YOUR HAIR IS NOT GOOD. Sale the hair saying what it is so people can make a choice. Not spend money they work hard for and save to invest to feel good about themselves for a product that is not at all what is promised. As a hairstylist I'd get sued and lose my license for what you are doing.

Do not buy if you live in the UK!
The online chat are willing to leave out information regarding refunds! I enquired with them and was told that postage to send it back was not covered. However, this is NOT the only cost of sending it back. I ordered a product worth £111 inc. shipping and it cost me £60 to send it back. £20 to post it (which is not covered) £10 for restocking and £30 that you lose ordering it in the first place. DO NOT BUY if you aren't sure you are going to keep it. I got refunded £13 for a £90 product.
