    1 pk 10oz stuffing mix 1 cup celery, sliced then chopped into small pieces 1 large red bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup) 2 honey crisp apples, cubed (about 2 cups) 2 cups chicken broth 4 tbsp unsalted butter 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped (dry sage works too!)
