     Enjoying a tasty vanilla oatmeal in the morning is a great way to introduce the day. I appreciate a delicious and hearty breakfast in the morning, especially if it is versatile and dairy-free! How about you? 

       Oatmeal offers a great source of fiber and protein that will fuel you up for the remainder of the day. Oatmeal is a meal that is constantly on the menu for me. I occasionally eat it for breakfast to keep me full throughout my hectic days. The consistency and flavoring of the vanilla in this particular recipe are perfect and will make you want more! It is quick and effortless to make and perfect for anyone on the go. My preferred part of this recipe is you can add any toppings of your choice such, as sliced bananas or apples. For this recipe, I enjoyed topping the oatmeal off with chopped dates. These are a great addition! The dates go well with the vanilla and provide the oatmeal with the optimal amount of sweetness.
